Zhikun Sun, Chief Software Engineer, Receives 10 Year Service Award

Zhikun Sun, Chief Software Engineer at GeoTomo’s Houston Office, celebrated 10 years of service with the company.  His accomplishment was celebrated at an award dinner at Royal Oaks Country Club. 

Zhikun received a B.S. degree in Geophysics from Yunnan University in China and a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Houston.  He was the first employee to join GeoTomo’s Houston office.  Zhikun has remained a key software developer and has been involved in the development of almost all of the 20 software products that GeoTomo launched over the past ten years.

During the award dinner, James Jackson, President of GeoTomo, presented Zhikun with a 10 Year Service Plaque and a check for $10,000 to acknowledge his consistent efforts and hard work during the past ten years.  Jie Zhang, founder of the company, and several other colleagues shared stories of Zhikun at GeoTomo with employees and family members.
