GeoTomo Signs Development and License Agreement with Royal Dutch Shell

Houston, Texas, USA, October 26, 2009 - GeoTomo LLC, a leading specialist in land seismic data processing software solutions for the oil and gas industry, announced today that it has entered a development and licensing contract with Royal Dutch Shell. This multi-year agreement will provide all Shell companies and affiliates access to GeoTomo¡¯s TomoPlus software system for near-surface modeling.

 ¡°Working with GeoTomo enables Shell to develop and deploy differentiating proprietary technologies in an effective manner.¡± said Dirk Smit, Vice President Exploration Technologies at Shell International E&P, B.V.
